The knots and tapered head provide most of the textural stimulation this dildo provides, which is great since double knotting is a lot to handle. The other texture on the dildo is primarily vertical lines up the shaft, which you can feel but are less stimulating than horizontal textures, in my opinion. With that said, I would not recommend Lycan for beginners to fantasy dildos. The double knot is a lot to handle, especially on the medium size.
